2 Arrested For Selling Alcohol To A Minor: Police

DUTCHESS COUNTY, NY — On Friday, October 27, 2017, the New York State Police in Wappinger conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative at several locations in southern Dutchess County. During the operation, two employees of retail establishments were arrested for selling alcoholic beverages to undercover State Police operatives. The following subjects were charged with prohibited dales of an alcoholic beverage, and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, both misdemeanors.

• Heidar J. Hasan-Nasereddin, 33, of Red Hook, an employee of “Shell” at 747 Route 9, Fishkill. Hasan-Nasereddin was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Fishkill Court Nov. 13.
• Shakeel A. Mohammed, 37, of Poughkeepsie, an employee of “Conoco” at 145 Fishkill Ave., Beacon. Mohammed was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Beacon Court Nov. 14.
