2 Boys, 1 Man Arrested For Murder In Hudson Valley

Authorities said one person, who was not identified, was shot in the abdomen.

ULSTER, NY — Police arrested two 17-year-old Kington boys and a 38-year-old Kingston man and charged them with murder in relation to an incident Saturday on Sawkill Road in the Town of Ulster. The victim has not been identified by authorities, nor has any information about the circumstances been released.

The teens were charged with second-degree murder and murder intention and were not identified, the Daily Freeman said.

Maurice L. Stansberry, 38, of Kingston was arrested also and charged with second-degree murder, murder intention and weapons possession.

Initial police reports said one person was shot midday Saturday in the abdomen on Sawkill Road, midhudsonnews.com said.
