2 Georgia Men Arrested, Gun Seized After I-87 Traffic Stop
Troopers found a fully loaded Micro Draco Romania pistol with 19 rounds of ammunition, and a backpack containing a loaded magazine.

NEWBURGH, NY — An early morning traffic stop led to the seizure of a unique firearm, according to troopers.
On Tuesday, at 2:04 a.m., New York State Police made a traffic stop on I-87 northbound in Newburgh.
Police say that both occupants of the stopped vehicle gave conflicting stories, and the passenger provided a false name.

During a consent search of the vehicle, troopers found a fully loaded Micro Draco Romania pistol with 19 rounds of ammunition, in addition to a backpack containing an additional loaded magazine.
Both men in the car were arrested.

The driver, 20-year-old Mar’quintez T. McGhee, of Columbus, Georgia, was charged with felony second degree criminal possession of a weapon, felony third degree criminal possession of a weapon, felony criminal possession of a fiream, and third degree criminal possession of a weapon (ammunition feeding device).
The passenger, 44-year-old Terry T. Westberry, also from Columbus, Georgia, was charged with misdemeanor second degree criminal impersonation.
