2 Spa Workers Arrested In Wappinger
Both were charged with practicing without a license; one was charged with prostitution.
WAPPINGER, NY — Two women were arrested in the Town of Wappinger relating to illegal activity at Your Green Spa on Route 9. The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office said Li Xu-Campbell, 54, of New Windsor, and Wang Chai Xia, 34, of Flushing, were taken into custody around 7 p.m. April 19.
Both women were accused of offering massages without the proper licensing. Xia is additionally accused of offering sexual contact for additional fees.
Both women were charged with unauthorized practice of a profession, a felony. Xia was also charged with misdemeanor prostitution.

After being processed, they were released on appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Wappinger Court April 25.
The sheriff’s office asks that anyone with information about this case or similar incidents involving either Xu-Campbell or Xia is urged to contact Detective Adam Harris at 845-486-3852.
