2-Vehicle Crash Kills 1, Injures 1
Police said the driver of one of the vehicles was not injured.
GOSHEN, NY — State police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred Monday in the Town of Goshen. Around 12:15 p.m. police were called to the intersection of Pumpkin Swamp Road and Pulaski Highway.
The investigation found that a Ford Edge SUV failed to yield the right of way to a tractor trailer at the intersection.
The driver of the SUV was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger is in critical condition.
