3 Accused Of Burglarizing Columbia County Home
Police said they took furniture and electronics from the residence.
NEW LEBANON, NY — Three New Yorkers were accused of burglarizing a Columbia County home.
The New York State Police said the burglary occurred Jan. 3 at a residence on Route 20 in the town of New Lebanon.
An investigation found Donna J. Ryan, 54, of Troy, Dustin M. Mossey, 37, of New Lebanon, and Brittany F. Simon, 32, of New Lebanon, burglarized the home, stealing furniture and electronic devices.

Each person was charged Friday with second-degree burglary, a felony.
They were arraigned in the Town of New Lebanon Court and released on their own recognizance to reappear in court April 8.
