3 Face Weapons Charges In Middletown: Police
New York State police said they had the assistance of the Middletown Police Department for the traffic stop that led to the arrests.
MIDDLETOWN, NY — An Orange County resident and two New York City men face weapons and cannabis charges in Middletown.
The New York State police with the assistance of the Middletown Police Department stopped a car with the three in it at 3 p.m. Sept. 28 on Wisner Avenue.
An illegal 9mm Taurus Handgun loaded with ammunition was located in the vehicle, police said. All three men were held pending arraignment at the Orange County Jail.

Facing charges of criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree, and criminal possession of cannabis are Jamel Williams, 33, of Middletown, Lavoris Williams, 34, of Manhattan, and Vashorne McClain, 25, of Staten Island.
