3rd-Prize Winning Powerball Ticket Bought In Hudson Valley

ROSENDALE, NY — Someone who bought a Powerball ticket in Ulster County is a little richer today.

The New York Lottery said there were two third-prize tickets worth $50,000 for the Nov. 29 drawing.

They were purchased in Rosendale at the Stewart's Shop on Main Street and in Rochester at Lake Stop & Go on Lake Avenue.

The winning numbers for the Nov. 29 Powerball drawing are 18-26-28-38-47 and the Powerball is 17.

For the third prize, there had to be four matching numbers plus the Powerball.

Winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The Powerball number is drawn from a separate field of one to 26.

The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m.
