3rd Prize-Winning Powerball Ticket Sold In Hudson Valley
The ticket holder has up to one year to claim his or her prize.
MIDDLETOWN, NY — There was one third-prize winner of Wednesday's Powerball drawing, and the ticket was sold in Orange County.
New York Lottery officials said the prize-winning ticket, worth $50,000, was purchased at the Walmart Supercenter on Route 211 East in Middletown.
The winning numbers for Wednesday's Powerball drawing were 18-29-33-62-63 and the Powerball was 15, according to lottery officials.

Powerball numbers are drawn from a field of one to 69; the Powerball, from a separate field of one to 26.
The drawings are televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m.

Saturday's Powerball jackpot is $137 million.
Winners have one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.
