42K Storm Outages Thursday In Dutchess, Orange, Ulster
More than 42,000 customers are still out, most of them in Orange County.

MID HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Power outages continue across the mid-Hudson two days after the devastating tornadoes and storm cells. Most residents without it should have electricity back by late Friday.
Central Hudson reports a restoration estimate of 11 p.m. May 18.

- Orange: 22,926
- Ulster: 1,396
NYSEG reports 7 p.m. May 18 as restoration time.

O&R reports 4,829 customers still without power in Orange County. Officials estimated all would have power restored by May 17 at 9 a.m.
