5 Men Accused Of Patronizing Prostitutes
They were arrested after an investigation into prostitution at a local motel.
MIDDLETOWN, NY — Five Hudson Valley men were accused of patronizing prostitutes. The state police Bureau of Criminal Investigation Middletown said Harry Layton III, 52, of Monticello; Jack Gellman, 59, of Chester; Eric Zacatelco, 24, Wallkill; Robert L. Givens Jr., 31, of Bethel, and Nathaniel Brown, 42, of Middletown, were charged with third-degree patronizing prostitution, a misdemeanor.
All five were arrested following an investigation into prostitution at a local motel in the Town of Wallkill.
They were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Wallkill town Court March 26.
