State police say the investigation started after a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which led to the execution of a search warrant at Cordani's home in Wallkill, in January.
The arrest was the result of a collaboration between the New York State Police Troop F Computer Crimes Unit, the Troop F Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Highland, the Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement, the Community Stabilization Unit and the Ulster County Domestic Violence Unit.
