Amenia Man Uses Someone Else's Debit Card, Gets Arrested
Police said he used the card fraudulently over the course of a month.

STANFORD, NY — An Amenia man was arrested for using someone else’s debit card to make ATM withdrawals. State Police said Thomas E. Justry, 21, was charged with nine counts of second-degree identity theft and fourth-degree grand larceny, both felonies, and third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification, a misdemeanor.
An investigation found that, over the course of a month, Justry fraudulently used the debit card of a person known to him to make automatic-teller-machine withdrawals, police said.
There were multiple withdrawals on multiple dates that were completed totaling $349.50.

Justry was issued appearance tickets to the Town of Stanford Court for Dec. 27 and the Town of Amenia Court Jan 2.
