On Tuesday, Sipteyul was arraigned before the Town of Dover Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Justice and Transition Center in lieu of $2,500 cash bail, a $10,000 bond, or a $30,000 partially secured bond.

He is scheduled to reappear before the Town of Dover Court on Oct. 20.

The New York State Police are asking anyone who may have been a victim of similar conduct involving Sipteyul, to contact state police at 845-677-7300.
