Arrest Made In February Gas Station Armed Robbery
The handgun the man allegedly used has not been recovered, the sheriff's office said.

FISHKILL, NY — An arrest was made May 18 in connection with an armed robbery in the Town of Fishkill that occurred in February. The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office said. Eric R. Johnson, 25, of Beacon, was taken into custody after a three-month-long investigation into the robbery of the Gulf gas station on Route 9D in Fishkill round 11:30 p.m. Feb. 26.
Johnson was charged with first-degree robbery, a felony. He is accused of robbing the store using a handgun, which has not been recovered.
Johnson was arraigned in the City of Beacon Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.

The sheriff’s office was assisted in the investigation by the City of Beacon Police Department.
