Beacon Farmers Market Set To Open Outdoors In New Location
The weekly outdoor market was previously at the Beacon Train Station.
BEACON, NY — The opening day for the outdoor Beacon Farmers Market is Sunday, April 23. The market will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its new location on Veterans Place next to the post office and Towne Crier.
An added bonus is that the Beacon Flea Market is right around the corner, organizers said.
Musical guests for Sunday will be The Freejays who will perform beginning at noon. Farmers market organizers said they are working on getting some seating in the future, so be sure and bring a lawn chair if you want to hang out for a while.
