Beacon Man Accused Of Having Child Porn
He was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of bail.
BEACON, NY — A Beacon man was accused of having child porn. State police arrested Alfred Tchorznicki Jr., 51, of Beacon, was arrested and charged Sept. 19 with possessing a sexual performance by a child a felony.
On Sept. 17, the State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force forwarded several tips to investigators at the Wappinger barracks regarding the possible possession of images containing the sexual performance of a child.
Continued investigation led to the arrest of Tchorznicki.

He was arraigned in the City of Beacon Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond.
Tchorznicki is next scheduled to appear in court Sept. 24.
