Biden to Give Next West Point Commencement Address
The vice president has addressed graduating cadets at West Point previously.
The next commencement address at West Point will be given by Vice President Joe Biden.
The Poughkeepsie Journal said Biden will speak May 21, having last given a commencement at the U.S. Military Academy in 2012.
