The Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley, as part of its nonprofit capacity-building series, welcomes nonprofit leaders from Dutchess, Putnam and Ulster Counties with annual budgets of $200,000 or less to a free seminar to master budgeting and build financial confidence. Presenter Tonia Papke, a certified financial planner, will share insights on how nonprofit leaders can gain a deeper understanding of nonprofit accounting, how financials influence grant decisions, strategies on how to present numbers effectively as part of organizational storytelling and more.
