
WASHINGTON, NY – New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Elizabeth Slaughter, 38, of Washington, for Reckless Endangerment in the 1st Degree, a Class D Felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor.
On Sept. 23, 2017, Dutchess County 911 dispatched Troopers to a domestic dispute on Camby Road.
Police say their investigation revealed that Slaughter had attempted to use her vehicle as a weapon during the dispute.

Slaughter was transported to Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital for evaluation. After being released from Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital, Slaughter was arraigned for the Town of Lagrange Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bail bond with a second court date of Sept. 26.
