Columbia County Farm Owner Accused Of Not Feeding, Watering Animals
A veterinarian determined the animals were allegedly in poor health and were emaciated.

CLERMONT, NY — A Columbia County farm owner was accused of not providing food or water to her horses. New York State Police said Andrea Nussinow, 55, of Clermont, is the owner and operator of Blue Star Farm. She was charged with 11 counts of failure to provide proper sustenance to animals under the state Agriculture and Market Laws.
Police said Nussinow allegedly did not provide water to several animals on her farm. According to a veterinarian, several horses were determined to allegedly be emaciated and in poor health. [Get Patch’s Daily Newsletter and Real Time News Alerts here.]

She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Clermont Court July 13.
