Columbia Man Accused Of Having Child Porn
He was released to return to court later in December.
PHILMONT, NY — A Columbia County man was accused of having child pornography. State police charged Anthony Krein, 37, of Philmont, with possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, a felony.
Police said a cyber tip was received by the state police regarding the possible uploading of child pornography.
An investigation by the Troop K Computer Crimes Unit and SP Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation found that Krein was in possession of child pornography, police said.

He was arraigned in the Village of Philmont Court and released on his own recognizance to return to court Dec. 19.
