Cops Seek Public's Help With Clinton Burglary Suspects

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — The New York State Police in Poughkeepsie are investigating a commercial burglary that occurred between 2:47 and 2:58 a.m. Tuesday at the Stewart’s Shop, located at 2300 Salt Point Turnpike in the Town of Clinton.

Surveillance footage at that location captured two suspects breaking into the front entry door, and subsequently destroying and stealing cash registers from within. One register box was stolen but contained no currency.

The subjects left the scene in an unknown direction.
