Daryl's House Suing Town Of Pawling
At issue is a moratorium on an application for an outdoor venue.
PAWLING, NY — The Town of Pawling is being sued by Daryl’s House because the venue claims the town wrongly placed a moratorium on an application for outdoor concerts.
Daryl Hall, formerly of Hall and Oats, owns the business which has said the town is trying to reduce its occupancy limits that could put it out of business, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.
The town supervisor said in a statement that Daryl’s House management has been ignoring safety issues.
