DOT To Close All Lanes Of I-84 For 1 Hour
The state will be removing and installing utility wire which will require traffic to be shut down.
FISHKILL, NY — The state Department of Transportation will be removing and installing utility wires which will necessitate the closing of all lanes of Interstate 84 for one hour this week.
The DOT said motorists should expect all east- and westbound lanes on I-84, between Exit 44 (Route 52) and Exit 46B (Route 9) in the town of Fishkill, will be closed between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. Friday.
The closure is weather permitting; the alternate weather day is Tuesday, Nov. 17.
