Dover Man Accused of Having Child Porn
The New York State Police said they received a tip which they investigated.
DOVER, NY — A Dover man was accused of having child pornography.
The New York State Police said Charles S. Beisser, 61, of Dover, was arrested Monday and charged with town counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, a felony.
Following a law enforcement tip received by the state police, authorities said an investigation found Beisser was in possession of child pornography.

He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Dover Court Nov. 13.
