Dutchess County Man Accused Of Sexual Assaulting Child
Police said he also made a recording of the assault.
STANFORD, NY — A Stanford man was accused of sexually assaulting a child and making a recording of it. The New York State Police charged Santiago A. Andujar, 41, of Stanford, with use of a child in a sexual performance, promoting a sexual performance of a child and third-degree rape, felonies.
Police said troopers were sent to an address in the town of Stanford for a report of a sexual assault.
The investigation found Andujar recorded his sexual assault of a child. He was familiar with his victim, police said.

He was arraigned in the Town of Stanford Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
Andujar is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 2.
