Dutchess Man Accused Of Sending Porn To Minors

PINE PLAINS, NY — A Dutchess County man was accused of sending pornography to a couple of teenagers.

The New York State Police said Hayez Prelich, 24, of Pine Plains, was charged Feb. 10 with second-degree dissemination of indecent material to a minor, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

After authorities received a complaint, they said they determined Prelich sent indecent material of a pornographic nature to two people under the age of 16.

He was arraigned in the Town of Pine Plains Court and released on his own recognizance to return to court March 2.
