Dutchess Man Accused Of Sexual Abuse

PINE PLAINS, NY — A Dutchess County man was accused of sexually abusing someone.

The New York State Police said Dennis A. Robison, 64, of Pine Plains, was arrested Monday and charged with third-degree sexual abuse, a misdemeanor.

After receiving a complaint of inappropriate behavior, police said an investigation found Robison touched the victim beneath the person's clothing for the purpose of sexual gratification.

He was arraigned in the Town of Pine Plains Court and was released on his own recognizance.

Robison is scheduled to reappear before the court Dec. 1.
