Felony Unlicensed Driving Charge for Pine Plains Man
He was stopped by state police on the Taconic Parkway.

State Police arrested 43-year-old Demetrio V. Gomez of Pine Plains, New York, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, a Class E Felony and Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers were dispatched to investigate a one-car collision that occurred on the Taconic State Parkway on Oct. 15.
They allege their investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, Gomez, was intoxicated at the time of the crash. Gomez provided a breath sample that revealed a .16 percent. Blood Alcohol Content and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Clinton Court.
