Flash Flood Watch Issued For Parts Of Mid-Hudson Valley
Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will be possible.

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for portions of the mid-Hudson Valley Wednesday. It is in effect until 11 p.m. for Columbia, Dutchess and Ulster counties.
Tropical moisture associated with remnants of Barry will interact with a cold front to produce thunderstorms and locally heavy rainfall.
The NWS said rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will be possible.
