Flood Advisory For Northeastern Dutchess County

Heavy rainfall will cause creeks to rise rapidly and minor flooding in poor drainage areas.

The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Flood Advisory for Northeastern Dutchess County until 5:30 PM EDT.

At 3:37 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated additional heavy rainfall will cause minor flooding in the advisory area especially in poor drainage and low lying areas. Also, creeks and streams will experience rapid rises.

Amenia, Millbrook, Millerton, Stanfordville, Smithfield, Northeast Center, Lithgow, Spencer Corners, McIntyre, Sharon Station, Market, Attlebury, Stissing, Shunpike, Coleman Station, Willow Brook, State
Line, Perry Corners, Shekomeko and Bangall.
