When she was located, she was arrested on an outstanding warrant, police said.

UNION VALE, NY — State police arrested a Dutchess County woman who had earlier in the month been reported as a missing endangered adult. Meredithe C. Morrow-Beach, 44, of Pleasant Valley, was charged Oct. 8 with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies.
