Free Living Healthy with Diabetes Workshops in Poughkeepsie

HRHCare Community Health will be hosting a free, six-week education program for people living with diabetes, their caregivers, and loved ones, starting April 4th, at the Dutchess County Department of Behavioral and Community Health in Poughkeepsie. This workshop will help participants to find practical ways to deal with fatigue and pain, discover better food and exercise choices, learn about new treatment
options, and understand how to better communicate with their doctors and loved ones about their health. Plus, all participants will have the chance to win a $25 gift card if they participate in four or more
classes!
The Living Healthy with Diabetes workshops will be held on Tuesdays
from 1:30 to 4 PM, starting April 4th and concluding May 9th.
