Hazardous Weather Outlook For Mid-Hudson Valley Friday

Showers with isolated thunderstorms are predicted to move through the area, the NWS said.

MID-HUDSON VALLEY, NY — A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for parts of the Hudson Valley. The National Weather Service said the outlook is in effect for Friday afternoon and night for Columbia, Dutchess and Ulster counties.

Showers with isolated thunderstorms containing gusty winds, hail and heavy downpours will move across the area through early Friday evening.

The probability of widespread hazardous weather is low for Saturday through Thursday, the NWS said.
