Health Quest Hospitals Awarded for Excellence

From Health Quest:

Health Quest and its three hospitals have received several Excellence in Healthcare Awards across a spectrum of patient services.

The awards come from national healthcare research organization Professional Research Consultants Inc. and recognize organizations and individuals who improve patient experiences, employee engagement and/or partnerships with physicians throughout the year. These achievements are based on surveys completed by patients, employees and physicians.

We’re grateful for this recognition, an honor that reflects the quality care we are committed to deliver.”

Health Quest’s hospitals, Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center, each received both four- and five-star awards out of a five-star rating system. The entire system was also a top performer in oncology services.

· 5-star, Outpatient Therapy Services (Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies) – Overall Quality of Care

· 5-star, Inpatient Services – HCAHPS Discharge Information

· 4-star, Inpatient Services – Overall Quality of Care

· 4-star, Outpatient Services – Overall Quality of Care

Vassar Brothers Medical Center

· 5-star, Outpatient Therapy Services (Physical Therapy) – Overall Quality of Care

· 5-star, Outpatient Ultrasound Services (Outpatient Echocardiogram) – Overall Quality of Care
