Highway Worker's Leg Caught between Paver and Roller
The accident occurred Monday in Marbletown.

The Marbletown town Highway Department was re-surfacing the asphalt on Whitfield Road on May 16 when a member of the work crew was seriously injured, according to New York State Police.
The operator of the paver, Daniel Styles, was standing on the operating platform when another town worker who was operating a compacting roller, failed to observe the paver which had stopped, police said.
The roller collided with the paver, pinning Styles’ right leg between the two and causing serious injury.
