Hudson Valley Man Accused 2nd Time In Month Of Sex Offenses

The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said a second victim came forward.

RED HOOK, NY — A Dutchess County man was accused — for the second time in a month — of inappropriate sexual contact.

The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said Tyson Kreig, 40, of Red Hook, was charged Monday with forcible touching and unlawful imprisonment, misdemeanors.

The arrest came as the result of another victim coming forward since Kreig's previous arrest Jan. 12, the sheriff's office said.

After being processed, he was arraigned in the Town of Red Hook Court and released to probation with a return court date of Feb. 25.

Kreig was previously charged Jan. 12 with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor.

Both arrests resulted from an ongoing investigation into inappropriate sexual contact, authorities said.
