Hudson Valley Man Arrested For Having Drugs, Intending To Sell

A search warrant was executed and the man was subsequently arrested.

FISHKILL, NY — A Dutchess County man faces a felony drug charge after a search warrant was executed in Fishkill. State Police said that Anthony Decola, 21, of Fishkill, was arrested by the Hudson Valley Community Narcotics Enforcement Team March 8.

Decola was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony.

Investigators executed a search warrant at a residence on Crestwood Circle in the Town of Fishkill.

They said they found about 85.5 grams of cocaine and 152 grams of marijuana, which were seized.

At the same time, state troopers found and arrested Decola while driving on I-84 in the Town of Fishkill.

He was arraigned in the Town of Wappinger Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.
