HV Man Arrested In Connection With Anti-Semitic Vandalism
Authorities said he asked two other people to delete photos of him and the graffiti.

GOSHEN, NY — An Orange County man was arraigned on felony evidence tampering and conspiracy charges in relation to anti-Semitic graffiti in a local Jewish cemetery. Eric Carbonaro, of the Town of Warwick, allegedly asked two co-conspirators to delete photos that showed him with the graffiti at the Beth Shalom cemetery.
At the time of the cemetery defacement, Carbonaro was 17. He is now a student in New York City, the Times Herald-Record said.
The vandalism, which occurred two days before Yom Kippur in October 2016, consisted of swastikas and the words "SS" and "Heil Hitler" at the Temple Beth Shalom Cemetery in Village of Florida.
