State Police arrested a Roscoe woman Oct. 24 after an investigation into a burglary at the Sweet Tooth Ice Cream Stand in Livingston Manor.
The burglary was reported to State Police on Oct. 4. It was reported that approximately $600 cash was taken during the burglary. Danielle Fuger, 36, was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, a felony.
She was arraigned in the Town of Rockland Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
