Ida Aftermath: Section Of Taconic Closed For Emergency Repair
The roadway was undermined by flash flooding.
LAGRANGE, NY — A section of the southbound Taconic State Parkway was so damaged during post-hurricane Ida that it is being totally shut down Thursday for emergency repairs.
The parkway is closed between Exits 47, State Route 55, and Exit 45, Arthursburg Road, while crews fix the damage caused by flooding.
Traffic is being detoured to State Route 55 eastbound to State Route 82 southbound to reenter the Taconic State Parkway southbound.
