Inmate At Youth Facility Accused Of Forcing Another To Have Sex

GOSHEN, NY — An inmate at the Goshen Secure Center was accused of forcing another inmate to perform sex acts on him. State police said Javon Roberts, 20, was charged Monday with third-degree criminal sex act, a felony, and second-degree harassment, a violation.
Police were notified of a fight at the Goshen Secure Center, located a Cross Road in the Town of Goshen.
The investigation found Roberts forced another inmate to perform sex acts on him, police said.

Roberts was processed for incident at the Monroe barracks and returned to the youth facility.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Goshen Court June 15.
