Jersey Mike's Subs To Open In Hudson Valley With Fundraiser

FISHKILL, NY — Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, will open in Fishkill June 26. Franchise owner Bernadette Klein will hold a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, June 26 to Sunday, June 30 to support Sparrow's Nest.

The new restaurant, located at 584 Route 9, is circulating 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Sparrow's Nest. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.

“We are so excited to celebrate the grand opening of the Jersey Mike’s in Fishkill with the community,” said Klein. “For our grand opening, we have teamed up with Sparrow’s Nest, an organization that provides a great source of comfort and hot meals to our local families coping with cancer diagnoses."

She said that, in addition to the grand opening fundraiser, the Jersey Mike’s in Fishkill is pledging free meals throughout the year to any family in the Sparrow’s Nest network.

"It is our hope that we can provide some additional comfort and a friendly face for our friends, neighbors, and families who are fighting a challenging diagnosis," Klein said.
