Kingston Man Accused Of Kicking Child
Police said the man was employed at the Astor Home in Rhinebeck.
RHINEBECK, NY — A Kingston man was arrested after being accused of kicking a child. State police said Rey Ortiz, 42, of Kingston, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
Police said that Ortiz kicked a child while he was employed at the Astor Home in Rhinebeck.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Rhinebeck Court April 11.
