Kingston Man Faces Drug Possession Charges in Albany Arrest
Police said he had hash oil.

KINGSTON, NY — State Police in Albany arrested a Kingston man on a felony drug charge.
Robert J. Robinson Jr., 47, was stopped on I-87 at Exit 23 in Albany for a traffic violation.
Police said he was in possession of more than 45 grams hash oil and a small quantity of marijuana.

Robinson was taken in to custody and taken to the Albany barracks where he was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
He was arraigned in the City of Albany Court and released on his own recognizance to appear back in court September 30.
