Lockdown At HS Caused By False Alarm

The incident occurred after the school was on a delayed opening.

LAGRANGEVILLE, NY — A lockdown at Arlington High School in Lagrangeville turned out to be a false alarm.

School officials said the automated lockdown technology at the high school was activated around 1:40 p.m., News 12 reported.

The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said someone hit the school's panic button.
