Man Accused In Poughkeepsie Galleria Stabbing
Police were called to the mall Monday for a report of a fight.

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A Poughkeepsie man was accused of stabbing someone during a fight at the Poughkeepsie Galleria Monday.
The Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department said the incident happened around 3:30 p.m. when officers were called to the fight at the mall.
One person was stabbed, police said.

He suffered serious injuries that were not considered life-threatening and was taken by Mobil Life Ambulance to a hospital for treatment, according to authorities.
Ernesto Campos, 35, of Poughkeepsie, was taken into custody.

He was charged with first-degree assault, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree menacing, misdemeanors.
Police said the stabbing is still under investigation.
