Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing, Filming Unconscious Victim

Police said there may be other victims.

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A Poughkeepsie man was accused of sexually abusing someone who was unconscious and filming it. State police said Michael J. Innello, 26, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance, felonies.

Police said the investigation found Innello filmed himself sexually abusing an unconscious victim who was helpless and incapable of consent.

He was arraigned in the Town of Pleasant Valley Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail or $15,000 bond.

Innello is scheduled to appear in the Town of Poughkeepsie Court Tuesday.

State police said there may be additional victims who associated with Innello and were filmed without their consent.
