Man Accused Of Taking 'Upskirt' Photos, Videos
Police believe there may be other victims.
MILLBROOK, NY — A 73-year-old Millbrook man was arrested for allegedly taking photos or videos up women's skirts. State police said Donald P. Fegan, 73, of Millbrook, was charged with five counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance, felonies
Police said an investigation found that Fegan used a cellphone to take illicit images and video recordings of women wearing dresses or skirts.
It is believed there may be more victims, police said.

Fegan was arraigned in the Town of Union Vale Court and released to the supervision of the Dutchess County Probation Department.
